Irfan was inspired to enter the field after supporting Masuma, who was born with hearing loss, on her own hearing journey. His firsthand insight into the impact of hearing challenges shaped a vision for care that’s both compassionate and effective.

With over 15 years in the hearing industry, Masuma brings deep knowledge and a unique personal perspective. She understands what it's like to navigate the world with hearing loss, and her mission is to make others feel heard, supported, and empowered.
